1. Make sure you are using the latest version of the app
Outdated app versions can cause certain functions – such as the login process – to not work properly. Please open the App Store (for iOS devices) or the Google Play Store (for Android devices) and check if an update for the vintrica App is available. If so, install the update and then try to log in again.
2. Check the email address you are using.
