Once you have completed the order and payment for the e-vignette, it may take some time for the e-vignette to be recorded in the system of the motorway operator.
As soon as the vignette has been recorded in the database of the motorway operator, you will be automatically informed via email. Only then is the vignette valid.
Caution: You will initially receive an order confirmation via email. This email does not confirm the successful registration of the vignette, but merely acknowledges the receipt of your order. Be sure to wait for a second email that confirms the successful registration of the e-vignette.
Why you did not receive the vignette by email:
There can be several reasons for this:
- You made a typo when entering the email address during the order,
- If you have multiple email addresses, please check if you may have used another email address for the order
- Our email has been filtered by your email provider through the spam filter. Check your spam folder.
