If you selected the wrong vehicle category when ordering the e-vignette, a subsequent change is not possible for regulatory and legal reasons. Please note that we automatically forward the vehicle category selected during the ordering process to the relevant toll or motorway operators immediately after the order – therefore, a correction after the order is completed is not possible.
What you can do now:
Place a new order: Please place a new order with the correct vehicle category. This is the only way to ensure that your e-vignette or toll booking is valid.
Let the incorrect order expire: The incorrect booking remains, but cannot be used for the correct vehicle.
Refund & Cancellation: Unfortunately, a refund or cancellation is not possible.
We ask for your understanding that, for reasons of compliance with legal and regulatory requirements from the toll and motorway operators, we cannot make changes to already recorded vehicle categories, and no exceptions can be made in this regard.
