Depending on where you have used the vintrica Flow toll box, it may take several days for transactions to become visible and be charged.
Each service provider (e.g., each toll station) has different billing cycles. This means that transactions made with your vintrica Flow toll box are transfered to us with a delay.
This delay can be up to 4 weeks.
As soon as we receive the transaction data from the service provider, you will see it in the vintrica Mobility App and the payment method stored in your account will be automatically charged.
