All transactions incurred while using your vintrica Flow toll box will be automatically charged to your primary payment method stored in your vintrica customer account.
You can add, update, and delete your saved payment methods through the vintrica Mobility App. Please follow these steps:
- If you have not yet installed the vintrica Mobility App on your mobile phone, please download it from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android), install the app, and log in with your vintrica customer account. Make sure to use the email address you also used when activating the vintrica Flow toll box.
- Navigate in the bottom menu of the app to "My vintrica" and then to "Payment Methods".
- You will now see a list of the saved payment methods. Before you can delete the stored payment method, you must add a new payment method.
- To do this, click on "Add New" in the top right corner. Choose between "Card" or "PayPal" from the dropdown list and press "Add".
- Depending on whether you want to add a credit card or a PayPal account, please follow the instructions in the app.
- Once you have added the new payment method, you can delete the old payment method by tapping the three-dot menu next to the old payment method and deleting the payment method.
You have successfully updated your payment method. Future transactions will be charged to the new payment method.
If you are updating the payment method because we have informed you that a due transaction has failed, your new payment method will be charged immediately after adding it with the outstanding amount.
