We understand how frustrating it can be when your vintrica Flow toll box is marked as delivered in the tracking but cannot be found. In such cases, we want to support you as best as possible – please calmly go through the following steps:
1. Please wait another 2–3 working days
Sometimes the tracking indicates a successful delivery, even though the shipment is still on its way. In many cases, the delivery will still reach you within the next two to three business days.
2. Check your mailbox
Our shipments are very small and compactly packaged. They usually fit easily into a standard mailbox. Please also check if the shipment might have ended up among advertising mail or newspapers.
3. Ask your neighbours
It can happen that delivery staff leave packages with neighbours – especially if no one was home. Perhaps the package was left with a neighbour without a notification being left.
4. Look around the house
Some delivery staff leave the shipment in a supposedly sheltered spot around the house if no one is home during the delivery attempt. Common drop-off locations are e.g.: In the carport or garage, behind or next to rubbish bins, behind plants or decorations, under the doormat.
Please check these areas thoroughly.
5. Still not found?
If you have not been able to find the package after these steps, we will file a complaint with the shipping company and report the loss of the shipment.
Please fill out the declaration in the attachment completely and send it back to us signed. Simply attach the form as a scan or a clear photo. This is required for us to claim the loss with the shipping company and for the shipping company to cover the costs for the replacement. Please also let us know in your message whether you would like a replacement delivery or if you would like us to refund the amount to you.
