It is important that you choose the correct vehicle category before ordering the E-Vignette. Only with the correct vehicle category is your E-Vignette valid for your vehicle. This also applies if you have purchased a higher vehicle category than is actually necessary for your vehicle.
You can find out which vehicle category you have purchased printed on the PDF version of the E-Vignette.
Subsequent change of vehicle category
The chosen vehicle category cannot be changed afterwards. If you have selected the wrong category, the only option is to let the incorrect E-Vignette expire and purchase a new E-Vignette with the correct vehicle category.
