As a provider for E-Vignettes, vintrica must always follow strictly the rules and toll laws set by the countries for which you have purchased the E-Vignette. These rules generally do not allow changes or cancellations of already purchased E-Vignettes.
Flex Service
For some E-Vignettes, you can activate the Flex Service during the ordering process. This is a paid service. If you have activated this service, vintrica allows you to change the E-Vignette before the first validity day (travel date, license plate) or to cancel it for a full refund of the vignette price.

Can I purchase the Flex Service afterwards?
No, the Flex Service can only be purchased during the ordering process together with the E-Vignette. A subsequent purchase is not possible.
The Flex Service was not offered to me during the ordering process?
The Flex Service is not available for all vignette types. It is only displayed during the ordering process if it is available for your order.
What can I do if I did not purchase the Flex Service and need to change or cancel my vignette?
A change or cancellation without the Flex Service is not possible. In this case, the only option is to let your E-Vignette expire without replacement and possibly purchase a new E-Vignette.
