As a point of sale for e-vignettes, we must comply with the toll laws and regulations set by the motorway operators and toll authorities when making changes to e-vignettes. It is not vintrica but the motorway operators and toll authorities that set the rules on whether an e-vignette can be changed or not.
Unfortunately, no motorway operator or toll authority allows the validity periods for e-vignettes to be changed after purchase. Therefore, we are unable to change the validity period of your e-vignette for you.
If your travel plans have changed, the only option is to let the old e-vignette expire and purchase a new e-vignette with the correct validity period.
Exception:
If you have purchased the Flex-Service from vintrica, you can change the validity period of your e-vignette at any time before the first validity date. Information about the Flex-Service can be found here.
