However, as a provider for e-vignettes, we must follow to the toll laws and regulations of the motorway operators and toll authorities. It is not vintrica, but the motorway operators and toll authorities that make the rules of whether and under what conditions an e-vignette can be cancelled.
Unfortunately, no motorway operator or toll authority allows the cancellation or return of an e-vignette after purchase. This applies even if the vignette has not yet been used or the first validity day has not yet been reached.
If you have accidentally purchased an e-vignette or changed your travel plans, the only option left is to let the existing vignette expire and – if necessary – purchase a new e-vignette for the desired period.
Exception:
If you added the Flex Service from vintrica to your e-vignette purchase, you can cancel your e-vignette before the first validity day and receive a refund of the vignette price. You can find all information about the Flex Service here.
